Wilt Studio is a British Flower Farm and Floristry Studio run by Ellie, floral designer and flower farmer.
"I design and create using seasonal blooms grown in an earth friendly way on my flower farm or sourced from fellow farmers. Working with the seasons is an important part of the work I make, I am environmentally conscious and understand that the ebb and flow of a product of nature needs to be embraced. Imported out of season flowers carry a huge carbon footprint, they are mass produced using a lot of chemicals which stay on the flowers, then they are flown thousands of miles... They are also produced to be "perfect" removing natural form from something natural. I value the perfection of the imperfect. I load my designs with wonky stems, dried flowers, grasses and foraged treasures."
